At Indy Blacktop Volleyball, we honor the life and legacy of Betty Maceda, a devoted leader, mentor, and friend who left an unforgettable mark on our program and community. As our beloved bilingual representative, Betty was the heartbeat of one of our key missions—bridging cultures, languages, and generations through her love of volleyball and her unwavering belief in the potential of every young girl.

Betty’s passion went far beyond the court. She was a guiding voice for families, an advocate for equity, and a joyful spirit who made everyone feel seen and supported. Her compassion and commitment to youth development shaped the lives of countless players, and her presence inspired us all to do more, give more, and love harder.

Though she is no longer with us in person, her legacy lives on in every serve, every cheer, and every dream that takes flight through Indy Blacktop Volleyball.
